How to Earn Rewards
There are no extra qualifications to get the Kasasa Saver reward rate. If you qualify for Kasasa checking rewards, you automatically get the Kasasa Saver rate too! Simply do the following each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
- Have at least one ACH auto debit or ACH credit transaction post and settle per qualification cycle
- Have at 10 debit card purchases post and settle
- Be enrolled in and agree to receive e-statements
**If you do not qualify for 6 consecutive months on your Kasasa account, we may convert you to the Woodland Easy account, which may or may not have monthly fees.
Easy, wasn’t it? And if for some reason you don't qualify one cycle, don't worry — you still get a checking account with no service fees that earns our base rate of interest. You can always get back to earning rewards the next cycle.
*Account transactions and activities may take one or more Banking Days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account’s rewards. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM-processed transactions, transfers between accounts, debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by Woodland Bank as ATM or PIN-based/signature based transactions and purchases made with non-Woodland Bank issued debit cards. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning one (1) day prior to the first day of the current statement cycle through one (1) day prior to the close of the current statement cycle.
Reward Information: When your Kasasa Cash or Cash Back account qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, the following rewards will be distributed to your account(s): Kasasa Saver: All Balances receive APY of 1.00%. Kasasa Cash: Balances up to $50,000 receive APY* of 5.00%; and balances over $50,000 earn 1.00% APY* on the portion of balance over $50,000, resulting in a range from 5.00% to 2.33% APY depending on the account’s balance. Kasasa Cash Back: 3% cash back on up to a total of $300.00 PIN-based/signature-based debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during that cycle period. A maximum of $9.00 cash back may be earned per Monthly Qualification Cycle. Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Cash Back: You will receive reimbursements up to $20.00 ($4.99 per single transaction) for nationwide ATM fees incurred during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified. An ATM receipt must be presented within thirty (30) calendar days of transaction for reimbursements of individual ATM fees of $5.00 or higher. When Kasasa Cash or Cash Back qualifications are not met, Kasasa Saver: All balances earn 0.05% APY. Interest and cash back payments will be credited to your Kasasa Saver account on the last day of Statement Cycle. Kasasa Cash: All balances earn 0.05% APY*. Interest will be credited to your Kasasa Cash account on the last day of the statement cycle and then automatically transferred to your Kasasa Saver account the following day. Kasasa Cash Back: No cash back payments are made. *When linked to the Kasasa Saver account, the interest earned within the Kasasa Cash account does not compound since it is automatically transferred to the Kasasa Saver account. Consequently, when linked to Kasasa Saver, and your Kasasa Cash qualifications are met, the actual interest amount paid may be less than the advertised Kasasa Cash APY. The Kasasa Saver APYs may be less than the Kasasa Cash APYs. APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APYs accurate as of 05/09/2024. Rates and rewards are variable and may change after account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings.
